Rep. Dent discusses on PNWAG about working with the community to fight wildfires


Rep. Tom Dent, R-Moses Lake, discussed on PNWAG about combating wildfires with the community’s help.

Rep. Dent is working on House Bill 1981 which would allow the creation of rural fire protection associations to work with local fire stations to combat wild fires. Under the legislations, associations would be able to receive state funding to help with equipment and training cost.
