Tom Dent, R-Moses Lake, talks with Robb Francis and John McKay on KONA Radio about the statewide airport siting process that began in 2019 and why lawmakers this year hit the reset button through bipartisan legislation that later was largely vetoed by Gov. Jay Inslee. Dent, a pilot, has been a non-voting member of the Commercial Aviation Coordinating Commission and was co-sponsor of House Bill 1791 that redoes the process.
