Elected officials in eastern Washington dismayed with mandates and lack of collaboration request meeting with Gov. Inslee
Elected officials across eastern Washington, led by Rep. Tom Dent, R-Moses Lake, sent a letter to Gov. Jay Inslee today expressing their concerns with his mandated vaccination orders and the fact they have been left out of the decision-making process.
The letter was signed by more than 45 elected officials including legislators, county commissioners, prosecuting attorneys, and sheriffs. They have requested an in-person meeting with the governor to discuss his proclamations and mandates.
